"We built modular ships with modular design. They didn't have side panels and they had all the parts in a nice stack, but everything is just here, and it just worked better than just going with modular components."

As players of the game play, most ships will offer access to more than two-wheeled systems, which makes the system more akin to a starship than to a combat ship, Roberts said
