After I purchased this I sent it to my mother and she asked what it cost and there it is. When I bought it in 2006 I really did not want to spend an extra penny for it so I ordered a pre-wound 2 year old Strat 10. It took 3 weeks before I had any issues with it as the 2 year old started playing on the bass and I could not stand playing it anymore. This is why I purchased a pre clean 8 year old Model M4 Strat. It was the original design and it worked great after 6 years playing the whole time and I couldn't play it better today. Today I would recommend purchasing a 10 year old if you are looking for a little more of a guitar but it is not as cheap as a regular Strat.

I just love how the guitar is made! I ordered a 9 year old Strat 8, but it has been sitting in shipping for so many years with all of my wires out. I will be using 4 of my wires now because I cannot put the 6 volts into the tube without ruining it from getting the 12v/5v/6v output. Now that I have a new guitar I need to put the 2 of them on a new build bench while I am learning how to play. I need 4 of my wires for the 6 volts
