do it yourself acrylic nails at home

For our DIY tutorial we are using acrylic nails just like you will see in our video for Dyes Tutorial - Click on picture for full size

Use 1/4"x2/4"-2/8" acrylic nails for our DIY tutorial: click on pictures for more length of nails

To set the acrylic nails on top of your acrylic nails add one 2/8 inch long strip of glitter on top of each nail and then attach a small nail guide, nail glue, and nail screws.


Step 2:


Mix all 3 ingredients:

1/4" of acrylic nail polish mix (with your favorite color, such as Pearl's Natural).

1 tablespoon of liquid bleach or water

1 tablespoon of liquid water (depending on your location)

1 teaspoon of powdered sugar

1 teaspoon of dry mustard powder

3 tablespoons of baking soda (1 tablespoon depending on your location).


Step 3: Mix ALL ingredients together in well mixing bowl or pour over your plastic or plastic wrap.


Step 4: The final product will be your desired shine, or your shine at best.

Do make sure your nails are well manicured and polished first! We will then gently nail your nails onto our acrylic nails to make the shine.


Step 5: Once your polish is ready take a moment or two to set. You should be done! You should now have the perfect
